These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of ExactPhoto at https://exactphoto.net (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Sole Proprietor Sukhomlinov Valerii (trading as ExactPhoto). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
ExactPhoto is a browser-based tool that helps you crop, size, and compress a photo for common passport and visa upload rules (for example pixel dimensions and file-size limits). Processing runs in your browser. ExactPhoto does not upload your photo file to our servers and does not replace backgrounds or retouch faces.
ExactPhoto does not guarantee that any government agency, consulate, or portal will accept a photo. Official rules can change; you must confirm requirements on the official source before you submit.
2. Your photos and intellectual property
You keep all rights in photos and other content you process with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us only the limited technical right needed to run the client-side processing you start in your browser. You must have the right to use Your Content. Do not process images you are not allowed to use.
ExactPhoto, its branding, software, text, and design remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell the Service except as allowed by law.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email info@exactphoto.net. We may suspend access for repeated infringement.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Spam, harass, or infringe others’ intellectual property
- Probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users
- Distribute malware or automate abusive scraping of the Service
- Misrepresent that ExactPhoto guarantees government acceptance of a photo
4. Pricing and payment (Paddle)
Checking a photo and viewing a watermarked preview are free. Unlocking the clean download for a document type costs $3.99 USD as a one-time payment (no subscription), unless a different price is shown at checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns related to payment. Buyer payment terms are also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
5. Refunds
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. In short, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase through Paddle.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep ExactPhoto available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Features may change. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraud or security risk, non-payment, or repeated serious violations.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for rejected visa or passport applications, consequential damages, or loss of data beyond what applicable law requires. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer law.
