Photos you process
The photo you choose is cropped, checked, and compressed in your browser. ExactPhoto does not receive the image file and does not store it on our servers. Previews and unlock flags for downloads stay in your browser (for example local storage) for a limited time so you can download a file you already created.
Payments (Paddle)
Payment is handled by Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. Paddle receives the checkout details needed to take the payment (such as name, email, payment method, and billing country). Paddle’s processing is governed by Paddle’s own privacy terms. We may receive order notifications (for example that a payment succeeded) so we can unlock your download.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PR6L6SGN) to load analytics and measurement tags configured in that container (for example Google Analytics). Those tags may set cookies or collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source. ExactPhoto still does not upload or store your photo file.
What we collect and why
- Support messages you send to info@exactphoto.net — to respond to your request (legitimate interest / contract).
- Payment-related order data from Paddle — to fulfill unlocks and handle disputes (contract / legal obligation).
- Analytics events via GTM — to understand traffic and improve the Service (legitimate interest; you can use browser controls / consent tools where required).
Who we share data with
- Paddle.com — Merchant of Record for payments and refunds
- Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) — measurement tags you enable in GTM
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that serve this website
- Professional advisers or authorities when required by law
Retention
Browser unlock flags expire (about 24 hours). Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Analytics retention follows the settings in Google Analytics / GTM. Paddle retains payment records under its own policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact info@exactphoto.net to exercise these rights. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Security
We use HTTPS for the website. Photo processing is designed to stay on your device. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please keep backups of important originals.
