ExactPhoto is operated by Sole Proprietor Sukhomlinov Valerii (trading as ExactPhoto). Paid downloads are sold as a one-time digital product through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order completion date, no questions asked for change of mind within that window. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
How to request a refund
Refunds for Paddle orders are handled by Paddle. To request a refund, use Paddle’s buyer support:
- Open paddle.net (Paddle buyer portal) and follow the refund / order support flow, or
- Contact Paddle using the support options shown on your Paddle receipt email, or
- Email us at info@exactphoto.net with your order email and we will help route the request to Paddle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What the purchase unlocks
Payment unlocks the clean JPEG (and print sheet where offered) for the document type you checked, for a limited unlock window in your browser. The free preview with watermark remains available without payment.
